Today, I talk with Darren about his journey writing a book, the creative process, and the value of challenging our self limiting beliefs.
Darren Reinke is the founder and CEO of Group Sixty, an executive coaching and training company focused on building great leaders from the inside out. He founded Group Sixty in 2010 to help companies win in competitive and rapidly changing marketplaces by maximizing the development and impact of leaders and their teams. Specifically, Group Sixty strengthens organizations by helping leaders and managers to develop an authentic leadership brand and transform them into player coaches who can motivate, engage, and develop their team members. They also coach leadership teams to improve communication, collaboration, trust, and accountability leading to greater productivity and lower turnover. Further, Group Sixty provides training for all levels of an organization to improve communication and executive presence while transforming business relationships to be more collaborative, productive, and appreciative of individual and team diversity.
Darren received a BS in Biological Sciences from UC Davis and a MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He is also a graduate of Coach U’s advanced executive coaching program and is certified as an executive coach by the International Coach Federation.
